This weeks craft beer “In Bloom.”

Hello and welcome back to the Bowland Brewery Blog.

This weeks craft brew is focused on the new season. A 4.7% light hoppy brew Inspired by new England style IPA’s with citrus and tropical fruit juiciness, derived from generous amounts of Citra and Rakau Hops, with added lemon zest post fermentation. This is set against a velvety grain bill, with plenty of oats and a little amber malt for colour and biscuit maltiness. Expect a cloudy, untouched beer filled with yeast esters and zest.

We have named this one ‘In Bloom NE IPA’ and it will be available in the Bowland Beer Hall, Thursday 13th. Remember – there is only one firkin of these unique brews to go round so keep your eye on Twitter and Facebook for future experiments.
