Bowland Brewery was delighted to hear that the Walmer Bridge Beer and Banger Festival raised an impressive £12,500 in aid of St. Catherine’s Hospice, Rosemere Cancer Foundation, Derian House, Walmer Bridge Village Hall and 5th Penworthsham Scouts.

The weekend, organised by the Rotary Club of South Ribble, offered a selection of premium cask ales, scrumptious food and great live music. With a bouncy castle, face painting and ‘little gigglers entertainment’, it was a fantastically fun day for all of the family!

Over 40 real ales were available for attendees to sample including Bowland’s very own Boxer Blonde, Buster IPA, Pheasant Plucker and the top-flight ale, Hen Harrier.
