Clare Brownlow at the Game Fair | 27 – 29 July 2018 | Ragley Hall
Clare Brownlow the talented artist who created the unmistakable Bowland creatures who hop, fly and trot across our pump clips will be exhibiting at the Game Fair this weekend. Clare, a Scottish based artist, has become incredibly well known for her unique style painting with pheasant’s feathers and ink. Her work has been exhibited all over the world including LA, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong, London, and, of course our home, Holmes Mill!
The event dubbed the ‘festival of the great British Countryside’ is in its 60th year and as always will be a ‘celebration of the countryside, of the great British summer, of our heritage, of new ideas and innovation, and of friendship’.
The gundogs will take centre stage with a string of top competitions, demonstrations and Have a Go opportunities. Whilst the Countryman’s Mini Ring offers an entertaining, educational and hilarious look at the British Countryside.
Other attractions include a chainsaw carving, ferreting demonstrations, a falconry village, a fishing village and the horses and hounds area.
Familiar faces from this years earlier events, the Red Devils, Shetland Grand National and James Martin will also be at the Game Fair.
